This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Michigan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Fabulous Nails may revise this Agreement at any time by updating this page. Your continued use of the Website after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement.

1. Gift certificates can be purchased for any amount and are redeemable for Salon Fabulous services or products.

2. Gift certificates are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

3. Gift certificates must be presented at the time of service or purchase.

4. The Salon is not responsible for lost or stolen gift certificates.

5. Gift certificates expire 1 year from the date of purchase.

6. In the event of a no call / no show, the value of the gift certificate will still be used.

7. Gift certificates cannot be used for gratuity.

8. By purchasing or redeeming a gift certificate, customers agree to these terms and conditions.

Please note that these terms and conditions are subject to change.

1. Membership is $99 per month and includes 2 manicures and 1 pedicure per month.

2. Members receive exclusive pricing of 10% off all services.

3. Membership benefits are non-transferable.

4. If a member is a no call / no show for their manicure or pedicure, the appointment will still use the value from their membership and other no call / no show penalties may apply.

5. Any unused benefits, such as the manicures or pedicures, will not rollover to the next month.

6. Membership can be canceled at any time through your customer Vagaro account.Their cancellation policies may also apply.

7. The Salon reserves the right to terminate a membership for any reason.

8. By signing up for the Get Fabulous! Membership program, you agree to these terms and conditions.

1. The review program is open to all customers of Fabulous Nails.

2. The program entitles customers to a $5 discount on their next service of $20 or more, when they leave a review on Google, Yelp, or Facebook about their experience at Fabulous Nails.

3. The review must be published and the customer must provide screenshots of their review to the business to be eligible for the discount.

4. The review must be honest, genuine, and relevant to the experience at Fabulous Nails. It must be at least 2-3 sentences. Any false or misleading reviews will not be eligible for the discount.

5. The discount can only be redeemed once per customer.

6. Fabulous Nails reserves the right to verify the authenticity of the review before applying the discount.

7. Fabulous Nails reserves the right to modify or terminate the customer rating program at any time, without prior notice.

8. By participating in the Fabulous Review Program, customers agree to these terms and conditions.

1. The referral program is open to all existing customers of Fabulous Nails.

2. The program entitles existing customers to a $5 discount on their next service, and the new referred customer to a $5 discount on their first service.

3. The referral discount can only be applied to a service that is equal to or greater than $20.

4. To be eligible for the referral discount, the new customer must provide the name of the existing customer who referred them at the time of their first service.

5. The referral discount is non-transferable and has no cash value.

6. The new customer referral discount can only be redeemed once per customer. If you’re referring others, you can get additional discounts for each visits.

7. Fabulous reserves the right to modify or terminate the referral program at any time, without prior notice.

8. This referral program is not valid for employees or their family members.

9. By participating in the referral program, customers agree to these terms and conditions.

At Fabulous Nails, we value your time and understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise that require you to cancel or reschedule your appointment. In order to ensure that we can accommodate all of our clients and provide the best service possible, we require a card on file to secure your appointment. However, we are a cash only business with on-site ATM. Please note that failure to show up for your appointment without proper notice will result in a 100% service charge. Cancelling on the day of your appointment will result in a 50% service charge. We kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to reschedule your appointment. If you are running late, we allow a grace period of approximately 10 minutes if you call to inform us. Please be advised that if the card on file is declined, you will be unable to make future appointments until the outstanding balance is paid in full.
